Carbon Negative
Remarkably, Club homes are carbon negative. The timber used for construction has been removed and will hold thousands of tons of carbon from the air. The new trees that are grown to replace the harvested trees will absorb more. Sustainable management of our forests is the optimal method for removing carbon from the air.

Minimal Impact
All Ki’ama structures are designed, built, and assembled to minimize impact on the island, its beaches, and nearby reefs. Excavation is avoided. Informed by our earth spirit and water roots, the homes and beach club are sensitively placed above the ground on piers.
